Nan Feng focuses her practice in a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing in various sectors such as agricultural, industrial, multifamily, and retail. Nan routinely works with commercial banks and other lending institutions in construction and permanent financing transactions, particularly for affordable housing projects that involve low-income housing tax credits. Nan also has experience handling due diligence review for real estate transactions, as well as coordinating with third parties such as title companies and surveyors to resolve title and survey issues.
