Daniel A. Fiedler
Associate
Dan Fiedler is a member of DWT's litigation group where he counsels clients through all stages of discovery and dispute resolution in state and federal court, as well as arbitration proceedings. Prior to joining DWT, Dan clerked for Judge Leslie H. Southwick of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit where he was active in all aspects of the appellate process.
Dan also clerked for Judge Frederick J.
