David Glanton's practice focuses on complex civil litigation, white collar defense, and regulatory enforcement matters. He has represented clients in litigation and regulatory matters in federal and state courts and administrative bodies in a wide range of legal disputes, including those involving the transportation, chemical, energy, and related industries.
David also has a passion for the intersection of technology and the law, having founded a blockchain working group at a previous firm where he advised clients on various matters related to cryptocurrency, including actual delivery, money transmission, and know your customer requirements. He is further knowledgeable on privacy issues related to data protection and breach notification.
