Kelly M. Gorton
Associate
Kelly Gorton’s practice combines investigation, litigation, and advice and counsel, so she offers clients a broad perspective that balances long-term consequences with immediate goals. Kelly represents individuals and companies in a wide range of industries – including technology, healthcare, telecommunications, and food & beverage – in civil and criminal litigation and investigations led by state and federal agencies. She also advises clients and assists with regulatory compliance in the areas of antitrust, national security, and other M&A-related issues.
Kelly started her career doing marketing and communications in the field of public policy. With degrees in both communications and public policy, she brings unique and creative perspectives to her practice from broader policy considerations to public relations strategies. She believes the most compelling narratives often come from being able to take the 10,000 foot view.
