Naazaneen Hodjat

Naazaneen Hodjat has an extensive labor law practice advising and representing employers covered by the Railway Labor Act and the National Labor Relations Act. She advocates for employers in labor arbitration proceedings and advises clients on a range of labor relations issues, including union representation elections, collective bargaining, strike planning, and general personnel management.
Naazaneen also maintains an active employment litigation and advice and counsel practice, defending employers against discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims before both administrative agencies and the courts. She enjoys partnering with leadership to provide a comprehensive and cohesive labor and employment strategy.
