Jessica Hanson joined DWT in 2016. She brings more than 10 years of employment litigation experience and excels in Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) charge defense. Jessica also has experience in medical malpractice defense general litigation.

Jessica's areas of focus include: 

  • Overseeing discovery, including electronic, complex database, and on-site document collection
  • Managing vendor relationships in conducting electronic discovery
  • Preparing chronologies and timeline of events
  • Assisting with all aspects of motion practice, including preparing exhibits and supporting declarations for complex briefs
  • Experience with trial preparation, including witness preparation, pretrial submissions, working with courtroom personnel, preparing exhibits, and providing courtroom technical support
