Rebecca focuses her practice on securities-related and complex commercial litigation. She previously served in the Consumer Protection Division in the Office of the Attorney General of Tennessee. There she reviewed economic research and conducted factual analysis for antitrust investigations.

During her time in law school, Rebecca served on the managing board of the Virginia Environmental Law Journal. She also worked as a teaching assistant and a visiting research scholar in economics at Harvard University for a year.

Rebecca has experience translating documents and interpreting interrogatories for Spanish-speaking clients. She was an associate at McGonigle, P.C., before the firm combined with Davis Wright Tremaine.
