Lindsey Krause
Associate
Lindsey Krause works collaboratively with employers to provide advice on a wide variety of workplace issues, including policy development, multistate compliance, disability accommodations and leave administration, DEI-related topics, employment agreements, and other various personnel matters. Lindsey also regularly works with employers to ensure compliance with Oregon's pay equity laws and Oregon's Paid Family Medical Leave (PFML) requirements.
In addition, Lindsey uses her insights from her days as a plaintiffs' side litigator to defend employers against claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. Her experience includes both individual and class action claims in state and federal court, having engaged in all aspects of employment-related disputes including administrative matters, pre-suit negotiations, appearing at trial, and appeals.
