Michael E. Gentile


Michael Gentile is a tax attorney. He regularly advises clients on federal tax matters related to a wide range of business transactions, including corporate restructurings and mergers and acquisitions.  Michael also has significant experience in the taxation of partnerships and other pass-through entities. He drafts complex partnership and LLC agreements and advises clients on private equity investments, among other areas.
