Nicole Orlov
Associate
Nicole Orlov is member of DWT's technology practice group where she concentrates her practice on technology transactions and intellectual property law. She assists clients with drafting and reviewing software licensing, data licensing, hosting services, distribution, reseller, and hardware agreements.
Prior to joining DWT, Nicole worked at a law firm and legal technology startup where she served as outside general counsel to emerging growth companies in the technology space and provided product counseling and subject matter expertise to the engineering, product and design team in its development of software to streamline common legal work flows.
Nicole began her practice in the technology companies and intellectual property transaction and strategy group with a major U.S. law firm where she supported companies and investors throughout the corporate lifecycle including formations, venture financings, and M&A exits.
