Ellen Parodi
Associate
Following the rules might not always be popular, but it sits just right with my clients.
Ellen Parodi applies her background in administrative law and regulatory litigation on behalf of government agencies to help DWT clients navigate a wide swath of complex commercial matters. Her work includes helping innovative tech and e-commerce platforms enforce their terms of service through litigation and private arbitration, and supporting companies in contract disputes.
Prior to joining DWT, Ellen served with the U.S. Treasury Department's Bureau of Engraving and Printing where she provided advice and analysis on federal regulations and labor and employment issues. She also served with the New York City Law Department, representing city administrative agencies in state and federal court on issues related to constitutional law, licensing, land use, public health, housing, consumer protection, and code compliance.
