Tyler Quillin practices technology, intellectual property, entertainment, and marketing and advertising law out of DWT's Seattle office. Tyler counsels clients of all sizes from small/startups to multinational companies through legal issues across multiple industries, including technology, e-commerce, gaming, and entertainment. Tyler regularly drafts and negotiates licensing agreements, master services agreements, end-user license agreements, distributor/reseller agreements, terms of use, and privacy policies. As a former litigator, he enjoys helping clients protect their creations, and prioritizes keeping them informed so that litigation can be avoided at all costs.
Prior to law school, Tyler served as a Teach for America corps member, teaching 6th and 7th grade special education on the Big Island of Hawai'i and, later, 12th grade English in San Jose, California.
