Faith C. Robinson has over 16 years of experience with intellectual property matters involving trademarks, copyrights, patents and domain names. Her main focus is on domestic and foreign trademark prosecution and maintenance, including global clearance and policing of brand names, preparation and submission of all prosecution and maintenance documents with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and providing assistance with enforcement proceedings.
Faith has experience developing search strategies and conducting trademark clearance and comprehensive internet searches. She also assists with opposition and cancellation proceedings before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and International Trademark Offices, prepares and records corporate merger and assignment documents with the Assignment Division of the USPTO, and communicates with foreign counsel to coordinate and prosecute trademark filings and maintain registrations.
