Andrew Row is a litigator who represents a broad cross-section of traditional media, internet, and tech clients in First Amendment, intellectual property, and commercial disputes and appeals. Andrew also represents nonprofit and issue-advocacy organizations in constitutional rights litigation, including before the Supreme Court of the United States.

In addition to his litigation practice, Andrew counsels clients on Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act and novel issues arising from hosting and moderating third-party content online. Andrew's publications examining the liability of internet intermediaries for third-party content have been published internationally.

Before joining DWT, Andrew served as a law clerk to the Hon. Douglas P. Woodlock of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the Hon. Henry F. Floyd of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the Hon. Dame Susan Glazebrook of the Supreme Court of New Zealand. These diverse experiences equipped him with a unique understanding of the workings of the bench.

Originally from New Zealand, Andrew studied law at the University of Otago in Dunedin, New Zealand. He later obtained his LL.M. from Harvard Law School.
