Meghan Bours Slotemaker represents businesses and individuals facing administrative enforcement proceedings, civil actions, and federal criminal prosecutions, while additionally working with clients to avoid those costly matters whenever possible through thorough and proactive compliance measures. Meghan helps hospitals, physician groups, physicians, pharmacists, other providers, and coordinated care organizations accomplish their goals, evaluate risk, and navigate particularly challenging situations.
With an advanced degree in public health, experience as a consultant assisting hospitals, and as a former law clerk to a federal judge and in the United States Attorney’s Office, she has a uniquely informed understanding of the challenges that her clients face and she uses that knowledge to find pragmatic solutions.
