Olga Susuni, CIPP/US, has over a decade of diversified cross-border experience as in-house counsel, shepherding transactions and partnering with foreign and domestic business stakeholders on a broad range of issues to bring deals to fruition. Her expertise includes in-depth knowledge of privacy and data protection, intellectual property, content licensing, product counseling, commercial agreements, and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining DWT, Olga served in-house at a digital library and research platform where she negotiated all contractual and advisory requests for two of the company's four business lines and advised on U.S. and global data privacy and security law compliance. While practicing law overseas, Olga provided comprehensive in-house legal counseling for several major media companies, advising on matters with respect to cross-border TV and online content acquisitions and distribution, licensing and merchandising deals, and general corporate matters, among others.
