Bradley focuses his practice on corporate and financial transactions involving businesses at all stages of development. He primarily represents companies, equityholders, and investors in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, restructurings, and other complex business transactions. In addition to his business transactions practice, Bradley has been privileged to act as outside counsel to numerous startup company clients in various industries, advising them on matters such as formation, strategic growth, governance, finance, and joint ventures. Bradley also has substantial experience in intellectual property licensing and transactions.
Although his experience spans multiple industries, Bradley's personal passion and industry focus is in the fitness, health and wellness space. Bradley's expertise in this area has been developed through his practice, as well as his prior professional experience as an athlete and as a military service member.
