Ashley Vulin works with food, beverage, and agriculture companies to address the regulatory and litigation challenges that come with running a company in today’s world. She has firsthand experience in her family-owned beverage business that gives her a unique appreciation for business challenges, the importance of creative solutions, and the value of loyalty to your brand and mission. Having focused on representing food and beverage clients from the outset of her career, Ashley is able to hit the ground running with her matters. 

Ashley is a regulatory and litigation attorney whose practice includes representing food and beverage companies in complex litigation and regulatory issues. Ashley has represented clients before both state and federal courts and agencies on matters ranging from beverage distribution to commodities pricing regulations. She has experience in a broad range of legal issues within this area, including food safety, white-collar crime, class action defense claims, and contract disputes.
