APRIL 23, 2013 –Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is pleased to announce that its recently redesigned website, www.dwt.com, has been selected as an Official Honoree in the 17th Annual Webby Awards.
The Webby Awards, presented by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences, is the leading international award honoring excellence on the Internet. This year’s competition received 11,000 entries from all 50 states and over 60 countries.
Davis Wright re-launched its website in March 2012 with improved navigation, cleaner graphics, and more effective storytelling. Since then, traffic to the firm’s practice group pages has increased significantly, as has average time spent exploring the site.
There are over 100 categories in the Webby Awards, including Law. For each category, the Academy names five Nominees, from which Webby Award winners will be announced later this month.
Also for each category, the Academy names several Honorees. The 11 Honorees in Law include firms from Vietnam, Germany, Canada, and around the U.S.
