Same Rules, Different Perspective

When virtually everyone may have an employment law issue, in-house employment lawyers can easily find themselves in the middle of an ethical quandary. Who is my client? Does it include the CEO? What is my duty to the company in the face of information I received from my friend and colleague? What happens when my coworker tells me that she has an attorney for issues arising in our workplace? What if the IT department produces an employee's email interactions with his attorney?
