Kristina Chin is a paralegal with over 25 years of litigation experience in state court, federal court, and arbitration. She assists attorneys and clients in all phases of litigation, from inception through discovery, motion practice, and trial. Kristina's practice groups include commercial litigation, construction disputes/litigation, IP litigation, and labor/employment.

In addition to her extensive courtroom experience in jury and bench trials, Kristina is skilled in eDiscovery platforms (Relativity and iPro) and data/ESI preservation and collection.
