Marina Chong, Ph.D., advocates for her clients and helps them develop their IP portfolios. Marina is a registered patent agent with the USPTO. She has years of experience evaluating, drafting, and managing patent applications for a range of products and inventions. She assists with freedom-to-operate, infringement, and invalidation opinions.
Although a chemist by training, Marina has a broad understanding of various scientific disciplines, especially those involving electronics and software. She also has considerable experience in renewable energy, nanotechnology, and material science. Past research projects involved chemical solutions for hydrogen storage, thin film photovoltaics (solar cells), and semiconductors.
