Tom focuses on securities enforcement matters, drawing on his experience as a former chief counsel in the Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Enforcement. Across more than 40 years of legal practice, he has represented public companies, broker-dealers, investment advisers, and individuals in investigations and litigation conducted by the SEC, the Department of Justice, FINRA, and other governmental and quasi-governmental authorities.

Tom was a shareholder at McGonigle, P.C., before the firm combined with Davis Wright Tremaine.
