Stevin George counsels clients on technology transactions and intellectual property matters across multiple industries including cloud, healthcare, and AI/ML. He drafts and negotiates agreements for software, hosting, and cloud service licensing; patent licensing, manufacturing, and distribution networks for consumer hardware; and complex procurement of technology and services. As a secondee to numerous multinational tech companies, he counsels clients on product launches and pilot offerings in enterprise and consumer markets, providing guidance about contractual and regulatory requirements.

Stevin draws on his prior experience as a corporate and securities associate at an international law firm to assist with all phases of mergers and acquisitions, from pre-transaction IP diligence to post-acquisition integration. A lifelong puzzle solver, Stevin enjoys finding practical and innovative ways to get deals done.
