Michael Heath
Counsel
Michael Heath helps clients bring complex technology transactions to fruition through structuring and negotiating agreements related to licensing, distribution, and services. He is experienced advising companies of all sizes, from outside counsel to small startups to managing global teams of attorneys as in-house counsel for a multibillion dollar travel technology company.
Michael is further experienced with matters related to intellectual property and industries under the regulatory purview of federal agencies, including media and securities. Beyond his deep legal knowledge, Michael puts his first hand business experience to work for his clients to craft targeted, cost-effective solutions to help them actualize their strategic and operational goals.
