Patricia Peña focuses her practice on counseling and defending large technology and media companies on intellectual property matters, as well as advertising, AdTech, and marketing law. She also provides pre-broadcast counseling in both English and Spanish for production companies and studios. Before joining DWT, Patricia served in the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office, where she gained litigation experience as a trial attorney.
Prior to her legal career, Patricia worked in marketing and media, and applies her corporate knowledge and expertise to solving business legal issues. As a marketing professional, Patricia developed and executed multi-layered campaigns for client's products and services, tailored to launch in U.S. Hispanic and Latin American markets.
