Leslie Virany is a patent agent with effective patent preparation skills leading to successful prosecutions. He has real-world industry experience in electrical engineering and is a knowledgeable resource on software IP, programming languages, medical devices, semiconductors, and complex scientific fields such as quantum mechanics, electrodynamics, and machine learning.
Leslie helps clients defend their patents before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, from the application stage to completion, and can assist in responding to patent rejections. He was a patent examiner for the USPTO, specializing in digital image sensors and related fields, and for the Canadian government.
