John Wojton is a USPTO-registered patent attorney with years of experience in various legal and technical sectors.

John applies the insights gathered during his employment as a government patent examiner to quickly move his clients' patent applications through every step, from prosecution strategies to drafting to allowance and appeals. He also has extensive private-sector experience working with state and federal agencies, contractors, researchers, and technology experts on inventions, project management and development, presentations, modeling, testing, experiments, forecasting, hazard analysis, due diligence, and compliance. John is an effective communicator who provides his clients with practical guidance to protect their innovations.

A trained electrical engineer with experience at NASA's Johnson Space Center, John has gained technical expertise in the following areas: computer and electrical circuits; silicon chips, wave guides, and photonic circuits; memory access, memory control, cloud computing, and data processing; artificial intelligence, machine learning, and distributed computing; and specialized technologies for Wi-Fi communications, electricity transmission, wind turbines, electrical propulsion, and a range of communication protocols.

Beyond patent work, John's legal background includes litigation, where he represented individual and business clients before civil, criminal, and bankruptcy proceedings; and criminal prosecution, when he handled over 100 jury and bench trials as well as briefs and oral arguments before the 8th District Court of Appeals.
