The May Tax Meeting is the Section's largest and the premier event for lawyers interested in all aspects of tax law. Join us in Washington, D.C. to learn from and meet with the country's leading tax attorneys and government officials, discussing the latest federal, state, and local tax policies and more.

Registered attendees have access to all CLE and CPE programming, including ethics, presented by over 30 Tax Section committees. In addition to high-level programming, the meeting offers numerous opportunities for participants to network, exchange ideas, and build new business relationships.

On Mary 8th, partner Kevin Roe will join the panel, "Best Practices for Completing the Form 990 and Form 990-PF." Tax-exempt organizations practitioners (including accountants) will discuss best practices for completing the Form 990 and Form 990-PF, including the reporting of investments and grants, the treatment of related organizations, and the disclosure of compensation. Panelists will discuss how to navigate the extra scrutiny that comes from the public nature of these returns and how to handle the inevitable foot faults that arise throughout the process.
