On Oct. 15, 2010, 175 C-level restaurateurs gathered at the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills to listen to insights from industry professionals. The group was headlined by Bobby Flay, a renowned chef and television personality. Other speakers included Julia Stewart, chairman and CEO of DineEquity, Greg Dollarhyde, president and CEO of Zoes Kitchen USA, Greg Newman, president of Baja Sharkeez, Arsen Avakian, founder and CEO of Argo Tea, and Jon Schlegel, owner of Snooze.
After the program, guests gathered outside on the SLS Garden Terrace to snack on unique hors d’oeuvres, including cotton candy foie gras, created by Jose Andres. Attendees sipped on Chateau Ste. Michelle wine, Craft Brewers beer, and Pepsi, who were all sponsors of the event.
