NOVEMBER 14, 2016 – Davis Wright Tremaine is strengthening its Healthcare Payments and Healthcare Litigation practices with the addition of Jordan Keville as a partner in our Los Angeles office. He brings more than 15 years’ experience representing healthcare clients in California and other states.
Mr. Keville focuses on payment and reimbursement for healthcare providers, such as hospitals, physicians, and Federally Qualified Health Centers (“FQHCs”). He handles litigation and administrative proceedings involving Medicare and Medicaid payments and reimbursement. He also counsels clients on healthcare regulatory issues.
Mr. Keville was previously with Hooper Lundy & Bookman, where he was involved in large-scale litigation concerning Medicare reimbursement decisions and policies and Medi-Cal payment rate reductions, among other matters.

Mr. Keville has considerable experience with issues related to provider enrollment and medical education, including special Medicare payments available for direct and indirect graduate medical education. He also advises healthcare providers on their obligations to accept, and provide a full range of services to, Medicare and Medicaid patients.
Mr. Keville’s additional area of focus is the federal 340B drug discount program, including negotiating and executing third-party pharmacy contracts and responding to 340B-related audits by the Health Resources and Services Administration and pharmaceutical manufacturers.
Mr. Keville earned his B.A. at the University of California, Santa Barbara, with highest honors, and his J.D. at Loyola Law School.
