Working Mother highlighted the fact that in 2018, Davis Wright Tremaine's Peer Mentoring Circles program "was revamped, and now supports more than 100 women attorneys of all practice areas and career levels to broaden their network and support professional and personal development."

The firm's commitment to advancing women extends beyond the walls of the firm and includes Project W, a multifaceted initiative to help professional women further their careers, achieve parity in the workplace, and improve their lives.
