APRIL 5, 2021 – For the second consecutive year, Peter Anderson, a partner in the Los Angeles office of Davis Wright Tremaine, has been named to Billboard magazine's list of Top Music Lawyers. The list recognizes leading in-house and private practice music lawyers handling the industry’s biggest legal battles and deals.
Anderson has more than three decades of experience in copyright and entertainment litigation. He has represented record labels, music publishers, recording and performing artists, and others in a range of intellectual property matters, including copyright infringement, breach of contract, unfair competition, and trademark matters.
Anderson has been widely honored for excellence. During the past year alone he was named an "MVP of the Year" in Media & Entertainment by Law360 and a "Trailblazer" in intellectual property by the National Law Journal.
