AUGUST 16, 2022 – Recognizing the firm as a "proven leader across key inclusion indicators," Diversity Lab has named Davis Wright Tremaine among just eight law firms nationwide who are 2022 Inclusion Champions.
The Inclusion Champions program honors firms that have met high target thresholds for diversity representation, show year-over-year progress and robust tracking, and are committed to other meaningful inclusion practices and activities.
More than 240 law firms participated in the Diversity Lab assessment. Davis Wright is by far the smallest among the eight firms that achieved Champion status.

The Diversity Lab program is distinctive for measuring actions that lead to greater diversity. These include: ensuring equal access to succession planning for work and client relationships, ensuring fair and equitable distribution of credit and compensation, and tracking and analyzing non-billable activities.
