SEPT. 18, 2025 – Nicolas Jampol, a partner in the media and entertainment practice group at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, has been named to the Daily Journal's list of California's Top 100 Lawyers.
Jampol is a sought-after litigator and counselor who represents the industry's leading studios, streamers, production companies, and other creators and distributors, helping defend their content, business, and creative integrity.
Among Jampol's recent accomplishments, the Daily Journal noted a unanimous jury verdict on behalf of famed director M. Night Shyamalan and other creators/producers of the streaming series "Servant" and a successful motion to dismiss for the producers and creators of the hit cable series "Yellowjackets." Both cases involved allegations of copyright infringement.
