SEPT. 25, 2025 – In rankings released today, Law360 placed Davis Wright Tremaine LLP in the top 10 for social impact among the country's largest law firms.
The Social Impact Leaders ranking is built on five pillars: racial and ethnic diversity, gender equality, employee engagement, pro bono service, and responsible business. These pillar scores combine hundreds of individual data points to generate an overall social impact score.
Among the biggest firms in the industry (those with 601 or more attorneys), DWT climbed to No. 8 overall, up from No. 14 last year.
DWT was also the only firm of any size to achieve the top score in the employee engagement metric (100 out of 100), reflecting the high level of job satisfaction and low level of turnover among DWT attorneys.
Law360 also published a separate pro bono ranking, measuring attorney commitment to pro bono, and DWT again placed in the top half of the table.
