Our Mission
At Project W, our mission is to help female founders build great companies and to help women take their place in the C-suite and the boardroom. We do that through partnerships with a number of innovative, like-minded organizations across the country, through our national network of entrepreneurs, investors and business executives, and through our own programming.
We believe passionately in a future where women achieve gender equality in their working lives - whether in funding for their companies or in pay and promotion in the workplace. And, at Project W, we are fiercely committed to do our part to make that future a reality.

Accelerator Programs
Emerging Food Brands Lab

Developed in collaboration with DWT's food and beverage practice, this multiweek program has been crafted to help female founders take their brand to the next level through workshops dedicated to scaling production, optimizing distribution networks, and raising capital.
SaaS Launch Lab

SaaS Launch Lab is a series of virtual workshops for early- or pre-seed, female-led companies developing SaaS enterprise solutions. The program is designed to help female founders refine their proof of concept, find the right product market fit, build a team, and raise an institutional round. The series culminates in 1:1 sessions with M12 investors.
Tech Equity Hub

The Tech Equity Hub is a virtual accelerator that will provide a cohort of 8 to 10 Black and Latinx female founders the tools, resources and connections they need to build successful tech companies. During the 12-week program the cohort will engage in workshops, 1:1 mentor sessions, individualized coaching and tech deep dives, and cohort community-building events.
WEB

Through our annual Women Entrepreneurs Boot Camp—WEB—we focus on giving female founders the foundational learning and skills they need to position their companies to raise that next round of capital. Selected through an application process, we invite a small group of exceptional founders from around the country to meet with an accomplished faculty of investors, business executives and other experts. Our curriculum is designed to deliver the most relevant content in a highly impactful and experiential way so that our founders are equipped to overcome the challenges of raising the capital necessary to scale their businesses.
