Here are some of the impressive female-founded companies who have completed one of Project W's accelerator programs.
Our Mission
Project W is on a mission to help women succeed. We aim to fundamentally change the status quo – increasing the number of women leading their fields.
We do this by helping women entrepreneurs scale great companies and helping women executives take their place in the C-suite and the boardroom. Project W also partners with innovative, like-minded organizations across the country, through our national network of entrepreneurs, investors, and business executives.
We believe passionately in a future where women have access to funding for their companies, are paid well and fairly in the workplace, and rise to positions of power in their respective fields. At Project W, we are fiercely committed to making that future a reality.

Accelerator Programs
WEB
Project W's signature program, the Women Entrepreneurs Boot Camp (WEB), offers an immersive day of workshops and activities for women founders of seed stage tech companies. Eight to twelve female founders are invited to spend the day with experts, investors, and a cohort of their accomplished peers to dive into strategies for scaling their businesses to get Series A ready.
Emerging Food Brands Lab
Developed in collaboration with DWT's Food + Beverage practice, our multiweek Emerging Food Brands Lab has been crafted to help women founders take their brand to the next level.
SPARK
Tech Equity Hub
The Tech Equity Hub is a 12-week virtual accelerator for Black and Latinx women founders of pre-seed tech startups that includes workshops, 1:1 mentoring and coaching, and concludes with an in-person pitch evening in New York City. Members of the cohort also receive a non-dilutive grant underwritten by Project W and by the Antares REACH program, which was launched by Antares Capital to help level the playing field for entrepreneurs who are members of historically underrepresented groups.
SaaS Launch Lab
A past collaboration with Microsoft's Venture Fund, M12, the SaaS Launch Lab was a virtual workshop series for pre-seed stage, female-founded companies developing SaaS enterprise solutions.
