Health care reform has arrived. Since its enactment on March 23, 2010, employers have been preparing for legislative requirements and readying their plans for what must be implemented in 2011.
The Pacific Northwest Chapter of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists (ISCEBS) featured Davis Wright Tremaine benefits attorney Sarah Bhagwandin, who addressed attendees on the subject at the society’s 2010 Employee Benefits Legal Update.
Sarah highlighted the reform legislation’s major provisions and provided practical advice on how employers should prepare for 2011 and beyond.
