At Reason Foundation's annual Reason Weekend, Davis Wright Tremaine attorney Robert Corn-Revere made the case that speech should be free even when that speech is widely reviled. He  discussed the range of historical judicial opinions on the First Amendment, his involvement in defending pornographer John Stagliano against obscenity charges, his defense of the Westboro Baptist Church, and how he managed to get a posthumous pardon for comedian Lenny Bruce.

This video was shot by Alex Manning and Paul Detrick; edited by Zach Weissmueller. Visit Reason.tv for downloadable versions of this segment.
