Partner Stuart Campbell spoke at this year’s LA Games Conference on April 24, 2012. He joined Double Down Interactive president, Glenn Walcott, to discuss, “Executing The Deal - A Case Study of IGT's $500M Acquisition of Double Down.”

In January 2012, publicly-traded slot machine maker International Game Technology (IGT) acquired Double Down Interactive for $500 million. Launched less than two years ago, DoubleDown Casino has 4.7 million people playing its games each month and ranked 4th in game popularity on Facebook in 2011. The session brought together the team that executed this deal - the company president, the investment banker and legal counsel - for an engaging discussion on how to prepare, market, maximize the valuation of, and successfully sell your game company.
