"A Pioneer's Legacy: The Denny Family and LCF Associates," Family Business Legacy Series, Davis Wright Tremaine, Seattle

On November 13, 1851, 22 adventurers landed at Alki Point on a schooner named Exact. The family names are carved in a stone monument rising from the beach where the boat touched shore: Boren, Low, Bell, Terry, and Denny.

In the final Legacy Series program of 2013, Denny Watt, Bob Watt, Cathy Fisher, and Vicky Sheldon, descendants of Seattle founder Arthur Denny and his daughter Louisa Catherine Denny Frye, discussed their family heritage, as well as how the family commercial real estate investment company, LCF Associates II LLC, a 6th generation company, promotes social interaction among its members.
