Oregon now is the fourth state to enact mandatory paid sick leave for employees. Many employers with workers in Portland have been dealing with mandated sick leave for over a year. However, the state law is quite different in many respects and in part supersedes the Portland ordinance.

This webinar discusses the many options for implementing this complicated new law while controlling your benefit costs and complying with the state mandates. ALL employers are covered by the law, size controls whether the leave is paid or not.
