Barbara Cairns of Pyramid Communications was our speaker for the September Family Business Legacy Series. Barbara is a skilled strategist and communicator with over 20 years’ experience in reframing, strategic planning, and community building.
Barbara led a discussion on how to help the family business by beginning at the "end" of the strategic process, identifying ideal results and making them measurable, and then helping the client plan out how to get to those results. This reframing process allows the family business to generate and evaluate multiple, targeted, and creative strategies and achieve group buy-in for the results.
