Most of the regulatory efforts being initiated to reduce greenhouse gases are aimed at putting a price on the production of carbon, but there are many potential paths toward that policy goal.
Partner Craig Gannett moderated this panel and addressed EPA's Section 111(d) rulemaking, the recommendations from Washington’s Carbon Emissions Reduction Task Force, British Columbia's carbon tax, and the Pacific Coast Climate Collaborative, as well as other drivers.
