Oct. 13-Oct. 14, 2016
As the game world continues its rapid evolution, platform and PC games have been joined by mobile games and social games, and now virtual reality, augmented reality, and eSports. The Game Technology Law Conference covered current legal, regulatory, and business developments in all of these areas including rights of publicity cases, risks associated with virtual reality and augmented reality games, and legal risks associated with eSports, fantasy sports, and gambling.
DWT partner Kraig Baker was co-chair of this two-day, comprehensive conference for business executives, industry participants, and lawyers involved in interactive entertainment.
