In this daylong conference presented by the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, DWT attorneys examined and discussed legal matters emerging in the video game industry as well as other forms of digital media.

DWT partner Judy Keyes took part in a panel titled "Gender Bias and Related Issues." With Gamergate proving to be a precursor to the #metoo movement and the events of the past 18 months or so, the panel revisited issues first raised in 2015 with respect to gender bias in the digital media and video game spaces, and provided insights into the current climate impacting companies and their employees.
