Moderator, "Green Infrastructure for Project Site Optimization," 2019 Managing Stormwater in Oregon, Salem, Ore.
06.19.19
By capturing stormwater runoff close to where it falls, green infrastructure installations naturally reduce runoff volumes, peak flow rates, and the amount of pollutants leaving developed sites. At this panel moderated by DWT partner Larry Burke, we heard from practitioners that have been able to develop BMPs, methods to better monitor hydrologic and water quality benefits, and O&M practices for optimal performance.
