As part of the 2020 Texas Health Law Conference, DWT counsel Darby Allen participated in "Update on Stark and Anti-Kickback," a session focused on new developments with the Anti-Kickback Statute and the Stark Law, including the Stark waivers available during the COVID-19 public health emergency and the changes to the Stark and Kickback rules proposed in 2019 to address value-based arrangements.
