In honor of Women's History Month, the Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion presented this program is part of our regular DEI Education series.

Six women initially crossed paths at PepsiCo and eventually moved on to other corporate leadership positions and Board seats at companies like Keurig Green Mountain, ESPN, Interpublic Group, Equinox, the NFL, and more. When they reunited after years apart, their passions turned into action: working to topple the last beams of gender bias in the workplace and drive a culture of true equity, inclusion and belonging.

We heard from this Band of Sisters on their experiences, their practical, common-sense solutions to help women navigate their professional development, and how male allies can identify unconscious bias in the workplace and take action.
